Bra Manufacturing

We are Every Step of the way Maximize the Quality of your Bras.

Material Preparation

Mixing: The silicone compound is mixed according to a specific recipe that includes the base polymer, catalyst, and any additional additives. The mixing process must be precise and consistent to ensure that the silicone material has the desired properties.

Degassing: The mixed silicone compound is placed in a vacuum chamber to remove any air bubbles. This step is important to ensure that the silicone material has a smooth and uniform texture.

Cup Molding

The prepared silicone material is poured into a mold that has the desired shape and size of the silicone bra. The mold can be made from various materials, such as metal, silicone, or plastic.

Curing & Triming

The silicone material is then cured or solidified using heat or a curing agent, depending on the type of silicone compound used. The curing process can take several hours or days, depending on the thickness of the silicone material.

Once the silicone material is fully cured, the excess material is trimmed off, and the surface is polished or buffed to achieve the desired texture and appearance.
